Moringa Ricotta Cheese Portabello
1 small container of Ricotta cheese
Could melt mozzarella on instead,
or other cheese
Approx. 1 cup of fresh moringa
leaves, finely chopped
2 leaves of stevia, finely chopped
Fresh dill, finely chopped
Fresh rosemary, finely chopped
Chopped Onion - 1 large white
2 Tablespoons of Grated Horseradish
3 large dashes of Tabasco sauce
Mrs. Dash or Spike
Garlic salt
MIX ABOVE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER
Wheat germ "toasted" with Bragg's
Amino Acids and butter
1 cup sautéed fresh Moringa leaves
Ground chia
In small round "casserole" dish
Add layer of toasted wheat germ mix
on top of grilled Portabello mushroom
Add layer of sautéed Moringa leaves
and thin layer of ground chia
Grill 1/2 thick slice of onion, put it on top
of the wheat germ, on the Portabello
Put in oven, with some water to make broth
Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees
20-25 min. Top with slice of fresh tomato
and sprig of fresh parsley
