Moringa Artichoke Horseradish Dip

Parmesan - grated long,
Artichoke Hearts - chopped fine,
Moringa Leaves - lots! chopped fine,
Dill - fresh - chopped,
Sour Cream - or whole milk yogurt,
Lime Juice,
Dash of Tabasco
Couple sprays of Bragg's Amino acids
Freshly ground Pepper,

Mix all together and refrigerate.

Great with chips or fresh, cut vegetables.
Moringa  Portabello Tower

Base for bottom -
half of Grilled Wholegrain bun or
small round wholegrain flat tortilla
Grilled Portabello Mushroom,
Grilled Large Onion slice,
sauteed Moringa with olive oil, and Garlic
Fresh Large Tomato slice,
Handful of Grated Mozzarella,
Moringa sauteed with butter,
and olive oil and Spike or a
Mrs. Dash blend,
Salt and Pepper
Top with "NO MSG" Caesar
Salad Dressing, or Blue Cheese
Assemble all, and heat
in oven until cheese melts, or in
Moringa  Dill Fresco Quiche

Raw pie crust - whole wheat or reg.
Spray bottom with olive oil
Add layer of toasted wheat germ
about 1/4" thick
Moringa leaves "flash-fried" in hot skillet
w/ olive oil + butter with 2 - 6" sprigs of
freshly picked chopped dill and 1 - 4"
sprig of freshly picked chopped rosemary
+ Mrs. Dash + garlic salt
Dump on top of the wheat germ layer 
4 Large free-range eggs, and 1/2 cup of
light or heavy whipping cream
Hand-beat with another dash of Mrs. Dash
and garlic salt  a touch of Tabasco
Put on top of Moringa and wheat germ
Cut "chunks" of Fresco cheese, about 4 oz,
and drop into egg mixture in quiche
in an even fashion
Bake in preheated oven at
350 degrees 35-45 min.
Can reheat slices in microwave
Moringa Ricotta Cheese Portabello

1 small container of Ricotta cheese
Could melt mozzarella on instead,
or other cheese
Approx. 1 cup of fresh moringa
leaves,  finely chopped
2 leaves of stevia, finely chopped
Fresh dill, finely chopped
Fresh rosemary, finely chopped
Chopped Onion - 1 large white
2 Tablespoons of Grated Horseradish
3 large dashes of Tabasco sauce
Mrs. Dash or Spike
Garlic salt
Wheat germ "toasted" with Bragg's
Amino Acids and butter
1 cup sautéed fresh Moringa leaves
Ground chia

In small round "casserole" dish
Add layer of toasted wheat germ mix
on top of grilled Portabello mushroom
Add layer of sautéed Moringa leaves
and thin layer of ground chia
Grill 1/2 thick slice of onion, put it on top
of the wheat germ, on the Portabello
Put in oven, with some water to make broth
Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees
20-25 min. Top with slice of fresh tomato
and sprig of fresh parsley

Whole-grain Moringa Pizza

Whole-grain large tortilla
Drizzle spaghetti or pizza sauce
on tortilla evenly
Sprinkle generously with either fresh
Moringa leaves or lightly sauteed ones
Add herbs dill, oregano, basil, parsley
Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash - any variety
Add fresh, minced garlic
Sprinkle with wheat germ
Cover with shredded meltable cheese
Add layer of thinly sliced onions
More spices - Spike or Italian seasoning spices
Spray with olive oil from olive oil "mister"

Bake in preheated oven at
350 degrees 10-15 min or until cheese "bubbles"
