I am useful for lots of
things, not just eating!"
USES FOR MORINGA
  Beneficial ways to use Moringa of all varieties are seemingly endless.
Here are just a few of the ways that Moringa is used:
~~~~~
- For food, overcoming malnutrition, or just improving overall health - Moringa provides extreme nourishment to the human body. As stated elsewhere on our website, Moringa leaves are one of the few things in the plant kingdom that supplies all 8 of the essential amino acids, that sustain human life. Simply eat the leaves, flowers, seeds, and pods.
- For oil - extract the oil from the seeds, for cooking, and lubrication.
- For purifying water -  the seeds are an excellent vehicle.
- As an antibiotic - researchers have reported that the crushed seeds are even effective against the skin-infecting bacteria Staphylococcus and the dreaded E. coli. THAT'S wonderful!
- WE like the way it grows hair at least for us, in areas where we had lost it...
~~~ WE DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING THE ROOTS! ~~~
